Naturally we can never have all the properties on the market and nor can we know all the clients looking to purchase. To maximize the service to our customers, we created what we call Partner Agents; something that is fairly common in the UK. If our client is happy for us to do so, we have found it very beneficial to ask another agent if they have a buyer or a seller that fits our customer's requirements.

We are happy to share our commission with you, or alternatively for you to share it with us, if the result is productive. Ultimately we as real estate agents in Thailand are out to achieve a result for our client and if you can help us do that, or we can help you do that for your clients, then it is most productive.
