The Falls - Hua Hin has two components, villas and low-rise condominiums offering 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 penthouses in each of the buildings.
The Falls – Hua Hin villas are designed to offer a variety of options and styles to meet the personal needs and taste of prospective investors. The choices among the villas are varied in both sizes and number of optional components; however each villa throughout the development offers panoramic sea and mountain views.
The 91 villas are spread over approximately 70 Rai (28.85 acres or 115,000 sq.m) providing plot size from around 210 sq.m to over 1,316 sq.m. There are 4 styles of villas to choose from, all villas will be constructed using only the highest specifications and standards of materials available.
The Villas at The Falls – Hua Hin range from 2 to 5 bedrooms and will have total living areas from 153 sq.m to approximately 490 sq.m offering clients various choices in living styles. All villas come with intelligent home technology thus enhancing even further their living experience.
Villas will be offered for sale on a lease hold basis and all clients will be offered the option of a lease back facility (for the avoidance of doubt this simply means that the resort will let out their properties on the buyers behalf) and the buyer will share in the revenues generated.
Services and Maintenance at The Falls will offer each home owner full access to the 24hr services provided. We stand by our services as we believe ‘Service is our Success’. We offer a 5 star standard with all of the services provided. Services such as in house chef, Medical Care Centre with a fully trained physician and nursing staff, laundry, library with full selection of books, DVDs and magazines, gardening and pre arrival home preparation and much more (see website for full list of services available).
The Maintenance package is designed to offer home owners peace of mind whether they are full time or part time residents. All maintenance will be managed by a professional company solely for The Falls and will be committed to maintaining the Five Star standard of all public areas and facilities.
The infrastructure for the development has already begun and the show house construction will begin April, 2009.
