Pavilions Valley Suites is a new phase of Pavilions development which will be fully integrated with the existing resort and presents a unique opportunity to invest in the success of Phuket Pavilions – Part of the growing luxury hotel brand of Pavilions Resorts. The second phase of development will bring new facilities to Phuket Pavilions including the additional of a spa, fitness centre, boutique, multi-purpose room, cooking school, full- service restaurant and common swimming pool.

The second phase of Valley Suites is projected to achieve average room rates and occupancies similar to those currently being achieved by Phuket Pavilions. In addition to increasing the supply in order to cope with the strong demand the Valley Suites will increase the product mix by having the option to be marketed and rented out as either one or two bedroom hotel suites within the existing Phuket Pavilions resort.
Pavilions Resorts will offer these units to investors with a guaranteed net return of 7% for the first 3 years together with up to 30 days residency per year with full use of the resort’s facilities and amenities and no further monthly maintenance changed for investor.
