The economic climate is down and house prices have plummeted across the globe. If you are looking for a slice of tropical paradise by purchasing an overseas holiday home, then now is the perfect time to buy. There are a great many locations around the world perfect for that break in the Sun. These range from the island of Mauritius off the eastern coast of Madagascar to the country of Thailand located in the heart of Asia.
